A Scam or Not a Scam -- Was That the Question?
We've heard it time and time again-'don't get sucked into the 'cash gifting scam'. The truth is, cash gifting is not a scam. In fact, it is very far from it. There are people out there in the big wide world that think everything that they cannot do is a scam. They don't want to try it, or something sounds "too good to be true", or they have no knowledge of something whatsoever, so they label it a "scam". So it goes for the great 'cash gifting scam'. It seems that whenever a person fails, they scream scam, no matter what it is they were trying to do. The word 'scam' here is synonymous with cop out.
So let's take a look at the 'cash gifting scam' and see what it's all about. United States Tax Code can be a bit confusing. However, it clearly states in IRS Tax Code Title 29 and Publication 950 that cash gifting are allowed up to $12,000 per person per calendar year. The Constitution of the United States gives us the right to give freely.. Whoever is spreading the 'cash gifting scam' word saying that gifting is not legal just doesn't get it or has not looked up the facts. Thus, the cash gifting scam is not a scam at all.
It seems that a lot of people think that if large amounts of cash are being exchanged then there must be a scam somewhere in there...Absolutely not true!

The real problem is, there ARE plenty of scams out there. People are failing left and right and losing a lot of money. But the answer in preventing this does not lie in calling everything a scam! The answer lies in teaching these people NOT to fail and to check out the facts before they jump into anything and lose their hard earned dollars. What you DO want to know, however, is that when you find a cash gifting program, you have to find an inviter who knows how to marketand can help you with real world marketing strategies and methods. Then, you can make money like all the people on the net counting wads of cash in those videos, right? Isn't that what you really want? Let's be honest here...
